Beautiful Holsteins and Charolais live just up the road from me. Every time I pass by, no matter what time of day, there is always something very abstract and beautiful about their shapes.
These ladies are huge... really huge. It seemed too good to be true that the largest one with practically no spots looked straight at me the day I stopped to take more pictures. The other cows' markings weaved in and out of the dark undersides of the trees. The tails and leg patters of the cows on the right lead you into the scene. I am totally fascinated by patterns like this. Seeing the world in pieces that fit together like a puzzle is wild. My hope is to help you see that way too.
