You may have received an email stating that your subscription was canceled via MoonClerk. Not to worry! Nitty-Gritty Videos has just changed services. As the number of subscribers has grown, so has the need to migrate the videos from youtube to Vimeo OTT , offering us more options and you more control of your account.
Whether you are currently subscribed monthly or annually, your next recurring charge will be processed through your new Vimeo account. We have worked hard and your account has automatically been set up for you as an active subscriber. This account contains the same subscription data as your previous account, including next payment scheduled due date. The only difference you may notice is the charge name on your credit card statement. I've been assured by the good folks at Vimeo this will be seamless. Fingers crossed there.
Even better news! You no longer need to go through a password protected page on my website to access videos. That makes things much easier for you. Plus, you will be able to set your own personal password the first time you log in. Whew. Glad we solved that one!
Here's all you need to do to begin:
Visit the new link to where all of the videos now live at https://nitty-grittyvideos.vhx.tv
Go to log in and enter your email address. You will be prompted to receive a magic link that will sign you in.
Set up any password you want on your new account. YAY!
If you see any problems at all with your charges or your account, please let us know immediately! The best way to do that is by email at email@example.com. The last thing I want is for this to be a problem for you or for you to be accidentally charged twice!
Rest assured that your data is secure. Neither Vimeo or I have access to your credit card information or personal data. That is all still safely stored the same as before via Stripe, who handled the transfer to your new account for us.
These videos are provided free of charge to anyone in the Putnam Online Learning Program. Please do not share them with others.
