What is the difference between a streaming subscription and purchasing a video?

Streaming: When you subscribe to NGV, you have access to every video in the subscription series for as long as your subscription is current. This means you can watch content over and over again any time with no additional fee. As a subscriber to the streaming service, you have access to more videos for a smaller price. New videos are added every month for no additional fee. However, not all of Lori’s videos are accessible through the streaming service. With streaming, you will not have the ability to download and save them. Streaming is for you if you tend to watch videos on the run, between appointments, or in small bites, or if you like to have a selection of topics available at your fingertips to answer a specific question just when you need it. Subscribe or sign-in to your previously created account to unlock all of the videos.

Purchasing: If you are interested in one particular video, or the video you want is not available through the streaming service, you may prefer to consider purchasing it. When you purchase a video, you have the option to watch immediately or to download it and keep. No additional software is required. This is a great option if you want to build your own, personal library of Lori’s videos to keep. Owning a video costs more than streaming, and the list of available titles differs from the streaming service. Only full-length videos are available for purchase. Why was I automatically charged?

When you sign up for NGV the first time, you are automatically set for renewal. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will still have access to videos for the remainder of time for which you have already been charged.

Can I get a refund?

Subscribers to the streaming service who cancel and request a refund with 72-hours of your original charge, will receive a full refund and your account will be closed.

Because purchasing a title means you can download it to your own device, refunds are not available on purchased titles.
